During Your Stay

Do you allow pets?

No pets are allowed at most of our properties. Please give us a call if you have questions about a specific property or have a service animal.

Is the internet reliable?

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided in all properties, ensuring ample bandwidth for streaming movies, remote work, and online browsing. Please note that we take no responsibility for third-party internet outages; however, our team will work to address and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Do you have supplies for my stay?

We offer a wide variety of things from linens to general supplies. Please give us a call if you have questions about specific items.

Are towels and linens provided?

Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay! Additionally, a washing machine is available on site at most properties should you need to launder any items during your visit. We kindly ask that bathroom towels not be used for cleaning purposes.

Does the kitchen have appliances and dishes available?

We generally have everything necessary to cook a fantastic meal during your stay. Our kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances, including toasters, blenders, and grill tools, as well as essential cookware such as mixing bowls, cookie sheets, dishes, and silverware. If you require information about a specific kitchen item, please feel free to ask.

Should I bring toilet paper and paper towels?

You don’t need to worry about these essentials; we’ve got you covered. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, dish sponges, kitchen towels, trash bags, and coffee to ensure a hassle-free stay. You’ll find a coffeemaker along with a starter set of coffee, creamer, and sweetener to kickstart your day.

Do you provide firewood?

While we do not provide firewood, we are happy to assist you in placing an order for it.

Can you arrange birthday or anniversary setups?

How far ahead should I plan my trip?

During our busy season, which is March through September, you should plan a few months in advance. Lots of people are booking consistently, so we try to accommodate the best we can.

Do I have a minimum time to rent?

What is your cancellation policy?

Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
